Brenda Quinn-Baldwin
Brenda Quinn-Baldwin is the President and Founder of The Master’s Release, Inc. and a distinguished leader dedicated to empowering others. A graduate of Kent State University, she has built an impressive career as a realtor, retired educator, behavioral specialist, self-made entrepreneur, and international best-selling author. Above all, she is a servant leader committed to transforming lives.
Born with dyslexia, Brenda learned early on that perseverance and dedication were key to success. While she had to work harder to grasp concepts, this challenge became her greatest gift—allowing her to master knowledge and thrive deeply. Her journey with dyslexia inspired her to spend over 40 years coaching and teaching individuals with learning disabilities, helping them recognize that what may seem like a limitation can actually be a steppingstone toward discovering God’s purpose in their lives.
Brenda lives by the powerful mantra: "When you do what is righteous, everybody wins." She believes that when we allow God’s light to shine through us, we transform our lives and ignite a desire in others to seek and fulfill their own divine purpose.
Treasurer
Pastor Mark Tyler
Pastor Mark Tyler serves as the Board Member and Treasurer of The Master’s Release, Inc., bringing a wealth of leadership experience and a heart for service. A United States Army veteran, he honorably served his country before transitioning to a distinguished career in the transit industry. Over the years, he held key roles, including Structural Steel Inspection Supervisor, Safety Inspector, and Asset Reporting Specialist, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and integrity. After decades of dedicated service, he retired in 2022.
In 2004, Pastor Tyler answered the call to ministry, becoming the Senior Pastor of New Jerusalem Baptist Church, where he faithfully led the congregation for 18 years. Following his pastoral retirement in 2022, he continued his mission as Interim Pastor at Brownsville Community Baptist Church, offering wisdom and guidance to the faith community.
A dedicated servant leader, Pastor Tyler’s role as Treasurer of The Master’s Release, Inc. reflects his unwavering commitment to stewardship and empowerment. His leadership and experience play a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission, ensuring that resources are used effectively to transform lives and uplift communities.
Secretary
Sylvia Greenwood
Sylvia Greenwood, Secretary of The Master’s Release, Inc., is a dedicated advocate for military families and a visionary leader in education. She holds degrees in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, equipping her with the expertise to support students and families navigating unique challenges.
With a heart for servant leadership, Sylvia became the first Military Family & College Readiness Specialist for Judson I.S.D., where she pioneered innovative programs addressing the complex realities of military life, including relocations and deployments. Through her work, she has strengthened partnerships between schools, students, parents, military installations, and universities, ensuring military-connected students receive the support they need to thrive.
A recognized leader in her field, Sylvia provides professional development through the Military Child Education Coalition and the Texas Education Agency, advocating for high-quality education and comprehensive post-secondary planning for military families. Her unwavering commitment to service is the driving force behind her role at The Master’s Release, Inc., where she continues to create lasting impact and transformative change in the lives of those she serves.

Superintendent Young Laster, Jr.
Young Laster, Jr., Board Member and Director of The Master’s Release, Inc., is a devoted leader with a passion for ministry and community empowerment. Born in Miami, Florida, he was raised in a faith-driven household by his parents, Apostle Young Laster, Sr., and Evangelist Cyenteria Laster, Sr., who instilled in him a deep commitment to service and spiritual leadership.
Actively engaged in multiple areas of ministry at Blessed Trinity and Spirit Life Worship Center, Young’s dedication and faith led him to be elected and appointed Pastor of Victory Empowerment Church of God in Christ (COGIC). Through his unwavering commitment, he was later ordained as an elder, solidifying his mission to uplift and inspire others.
With a heart devoted to servant leadership, Young remains steadfast in his God-given calling to be a blessing to all people in ministry. His role at The Master’s Release, Inc. reflects his dedication to creating transformative opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and advance the organization’s mission of faith, service, and impact.

Robin Abbott
Robin Abbott, Board Member and Director of The Master’s Release, Inc., is a dedicated leader with a passion for empowering women and fostering spiritual growth. She is a graduate of Crichton College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Organizational Leadership, equipping her with the skills to lead and inspire.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Robin has demonstrated unwavering dedication and excellence in her field. Her expertise spans purchasing, project management, training, and program development, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping organizational success.
Robin’s true calling is to reach women worldwide for Christ and create safe, faith-centered communities where they can grow and thrive. She fulfills this mission through teaching small group Bible studies, writing Bible study lessons, and speaking at women’s conferences, offering guidance and encouragement to those seeking a deeper connection with God.
Her commitment to uplifting and empowering women aligns seamlessly with the mission of The Master’s Release, Inc., where she continues to make a lasting impact, helping individuals find strength, purpose, and community through faith.

Vivian K. Skinner
Vivian K. Skinner is a multi-talented leader, whose life’s work reflects a profound commitment to education, the arts, and mentorship. A retired educator, trained classical pianist, abstract painter, life skills mentor, and poet, she has dedicated her life to inspiring and uplifting others.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Vivian’s journey in music opened doors for her to travel abroad and pursue higher education. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education and Music, which she applied throughout her 40-year career with the NYC Board of Education, where she shaped the lives of countless children. Her excellence in teaching earned her numerous awards, highlighting her dedication to nurturing young minds.
In retirement, Vivian continues to pour into the lives of others through mentorship, poetry, and encouragement. Her passion for empowering women and fostering personal growth is deeply rooted in her love for God, which serves as the foundation of all her endeavors. She remains committed to being a living expression of faith, creativity, and service, using her gifts to inspire transformation and bring light to those around her.
